Umeda Sky Building
梅田スカイビル
The Umeda Sky Building is two towers joined at the 39th and 40th floors by a ring-shaped observatory, the Kuchu Teien. From the open-air rooftop deck you get a 360-degree view over Osaka, best at sunset and after dark.
The twin-tower shape makes the building a sight in itself. In the basement, Takimi Koji recreates a Showa-era street of small restaurants, lanterns and old signs.
What to see and do
A circular 360-degree deck high above Umeda.
The observatory floors that link the two towers, with a café on 40F.
A retro Showa-period street of eateries on B1F.
The city lights and the lit rooftop make evening the top time.
