Nankai or JR trains reach central Osaka in about 40 to 50 min. Then Tenjimbashisuji-rokuchome Station and 7 min on foot. Your guest portal shows the exact route with photos.
Midosuji subway from Shin-Osaka, or JR from Kyoto to Osaka Station. Then change for Tenjimbashisuji-rokuchome Station.

Super great! There's a nice coffee shop right next to it.
It was clean and the size was just right for our family of four. Having a bathroom on both the first and second floors was a plus. It’s very convenient, located within a 10-minute walk of any subway station, and the Tenjinbashisuji Shopping Street is also within walking distance, with a supermarket and convenience store nearby. If you’re up for a longer walk, Umeda is also within walking distance (about 20 minutes).
