How much you earn, how and when you get paid

FAQ

Does it cost anything to join?: No, joining is free.
What documents do I need?: Agencies: company registration and travel licence. Creators: ID and your social account.
How do guests check in?: Before arrival they receive an arrival guide and online check-in link; during the stay our AI support answers in their language, day and night.
What if a booking is cancelled?: Cancel in your dashboard; refunds follow our standard policy automatically.
What if you can't host a stay?: We handle it with the guest directly: a free move to an equal or better property with transport covered, or a full refund if they prefer — your commission stays as booked either way.
How is commission paid?: Monthly via Wise once you reach ¥10,000 (smaller amounts roll over). Wise's actual transfer fee is deducted and shown on your statement.
Can I publish partner rates?: Partner rates are confidential — please do not publish them.
