About this home
Welcome to "Miyo・Hanezuru"—a three-story traditional Japanese house tucked in the backstreets of Tsuruhashi. Play in the city by day, sleep soundly in this quiet residential area at night. 📍 Location About 10 minutes on foot from JR/Kintetsu/Subway "Tsuruhashi Station". This is one of Osaka's most flavorful multicultural neighborhoods, with convenience stores, drugstores, and supermarkets within a short walk. ⚡ At a Glance ・ Tsuruhashi Sta. 10 min walk ・ 3LDK・90㎡・up to 11 guests ・ 3 stories, 2 toilets, 2 showers ・ Free high-speed WiFi ・ Namba in about 6 min (direct)・Shinsaibashi/Dotonbori in about 13 min 🚆 Access & Fun ・ Dotonbori/Shinsaibashi: about 13 min by train from Tsuruhashi Sta. ・ Tsutenkaku/Shinsekai: about 8 min by train from Tsuruhashi Sta. ・ Osaka Castle: about 6 min by train from Tsuruhashi Sta. The Ikuno Korea Town is nearby, and Kimchi Yokocho is a maze of freshly made kimchi, sizzling chijimi, and cold noodles. In the morning, shop shutters roll up and an old lady arranges today's vegetables at her storefront. By evening, smoke from yakiniku joints and the chatter of office workers bring the streets to life. This isn't a tourist district—it's a living neighborhood. You're staying in a real Japanese house: turn left out the door for a convenience store (2 min walk), a drugstore a bit further (4 min), and a supermarket called Kimchi Land (4 min) where you can grab pickles and snacks. At night, the residential streets go quiet, with only the distant sound of trains. 🛏 Rooms 1F: Living room, kitchen (fridge, microwave, kettle), dining area, washbasin, bathroom (shower only), washing machine, toilet. 2F: Japanese room 1 (3 tatami + balcony), living space (table + 6 cushions), Japanese room 2 (2 tatami, with shower and toilet). 3F: Bedroom (3 tatami, with TV). 🛋 Amenities ・ Appliances: TV (internet), fridge, microwave, kettle, washing machine, hair dryer ・ Kitchen: IH stove, pots, dishes, dish soap ・ Bathroom: shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap ・ Hotel-grade toiletries: toothbrush set, bath/face towels, slippers, tissues, toilet paper ⚠️ Note This is a 3-story house with no elevator. I really liked that the bedding was kept clean and the room was kept tidy.
It was a really lovely stay! ✨ Before booking, I was a little worried about whether the washing machine had a drying function, but when I actually stayed, it had a drying function and was very convenient 😊 The room was more spacious than I imagined, and every room was roomy and comfortable. There was a living space on the first floor with a projector, and we had a great time together. On the second floor, there were two rooms and a small living room, which was a very cozy space. Also, the shower room and toilet were inside the double tatami room, which was very convenient. On the third floor, there were three double beds and a TV, and I could really feel the attention to detail throughout the stay ✨ And communication with the host was very smooth, and they were kind and truly wonderful. I was really lucky to meet such a great host 😊 I am very satisfied with the size, facilities, and comfort! I would definitely like to use it again if I have the chance. Thank you very much ✨
Very nice place, clean, spacious, with all the necessary amenities. It has air conditioning and the metro is nearby. We would gladly return.
