In the daytime, the shopping streets are quiet, but as evening falls, the lanterns of kushikatsu (skewer) shops and standing bars light up, and old Japanese songs drift from the alleys. In Janjan Yokocho, old men play shogi while skewers sizzle next door. Within a few minutes' walk, you'll find convenience stores, drugstores, and supermarkets, so you won't be stuck even late at night. If you want to soak in a hot spring, Spa World is nearby (walkable—check the map for details). Staying here, you'll see Osaka's everyday life after the tourists leave—morning markets, evening izakayas, and old coffee shops on street corners. 🛏 The Space This is a two-story house. The first floor has a living room, kitchen, washbasin, bath, and toilet; the second floor is the bedroom. The bedroom has one double bed and one sofa bed, sleeping up to 4 guests—perfect for families or friends. 🛋 Amenities - Appliances: TV, washing machine (with dryer), refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, IH stove - Kitchen: pots, dishes, dish soap - Bathroom: hairdryer, bath towels, face towels, slippers, hangers - Amenities: toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, tissues, toilet paper (provided per person) ⚠️ Note - No elevator. The house is two stories, so please be careful if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues. Ideal for those who want to experience authentic Osaka downtown living.

This place was great! Located on a quiet street but only a short walk to several very cool, bustling neighborhoods. Plenty of space for me (5’7) and my partner (6’2), just watch your head on the stairs ☺️

Very cozy and comfortable while being in a great location near the main Osaka tower and metro stations. Host was also very helpful whenever any questions were asked

Great location for local restaurants and shinsekai market, and close to metro stations to explore the rest of Osaka. Everything you need is in the apartment and a comfortable space for 2 people. Great amenities and appliances to be self sufficient with cooking, cleaning and washing clothes. Easy to find and check in instructions were very clear. The house was spotless and beds very comfortable too. We had a great stay and would recommend staying here if you are visiting Osaka!

Very nice accommodation, clean and spacious, everything you need and more is available. Check-in was hassle-free and the check-in instructions were child's play. There is a lot to see in the area, and train stations and shops are within walking distance. All in all, highly recommended 🙏🏻
