About this home
Welcome to "Miyo-Bonichi," a two-story private house in Osaka's Ikuno Ward. ★Location About a 9-minute walk from JR Teradacho Sta. This is not a tourist-packed downtown, but a quiet residential neighborhood where locals live. Spend the day shopping in Shinsaibashi or Namba by train, then come back to a calm street for a good night's sleep—that day-and-night contrast is the real value here. ⚡Quick facts ・9 min walk to Teradacho Sta ・Sleeps up to 6 / 2LDK private house (2 floors) ・40㎡ ・2 min to Tennoji by train (direct) / 10 min to Osaka Castle by train (direct) ・Free high-speed WiFi 🚆Getting around (all trains from Teradacho Sta) ・Tennoji: about 2 min by train (direct) ・Osaka Castle: about 10 min by train (direct) ・Namba: about 13 min by train ・Shinsaibashi / Dotonbori: about 18 min by train ・Tsutenkaku / Shinsekai: about 18 min by train ・Osaka Aquarium (Kaiyukan): about 25 min by train ・USJ: about 32 min by train (direct) ・Kansai Airport: about 66 min by train ・Kyoto: about 57 min / Nara: about 44 min / Kobe Sannomiya: about 55 min 🌸Neighborhood & culture Teradacho is one stop from Tennoji, on the JR Loop Line—a neighborhood that feels lived-in rather than staged. Step out of the station and you'll see neighbors carrying grocery bags and kids walking home from school, not selfie sticks. Start the morning at "Isekai Larp Cafe" or "Cafe Kogumaya" (both within a 3-minute walk), then take the 2-minute train to Tennoji. Wander Abeno Harukas and the depachika food halls of the department stores—the evening markdowns on prepared dishes and bento are a daily ritual for Osaka families. A little south lies Tsutenkaku and Shinsekai, where Showa-era signs and standing kushikatsu bars crowd one street; it looks best when the lights come on at dusk. The area is also home to many Vietnamese and Korean residents, and supermarkets stock authentic Asian ingredients (a Vietnamese grocery is about a 6-minute walk away). After sightseeing, grab a local limited-edition drink at the convenience store and sit by the second-floor window as the residential sky slowly darkens—an unhurried evening like this is the joy of renting a whole house. 🛏Rooms 1F: living room, kitchen, bathroom, washbasin, toilet, and 1 bedroom (1D). 2F: Bedroom 1 (1D), Bedroom 2 (1D). Sleeps up to 6—great for families or groups of friends. 🛋Amenities ・Appliances: TV (terrestrial), washing machine, drying rack, hair dryer ・Kitchen: fridge, microwave, electric kettle, IH stove, pots, dishes, dish soap (no seasonings provided—please bring your own) ・Bathroom: bathtub, shower, shampoo, conditioner, body soap ・Hotel-grade disposables (per guest): toothbrush & toothpaste, hand soap, tissues, toilet paper, towels, slippers, hangers, first-aid kit ⚠️Please note ・No elevator; it's a two-story house, so mind the stairs with large luggage. ・Sleeps up to 6, but there is only 1 toilet—please stagger use when the group is large. Ideal for families and groups who want space and quick access to central Osaka.

Guests say
We had a good stay in Osaka. The rooms were small but good enough since we were out most of the time. We liked having our own front door and the neighborhood is really quiet. We didnt like the living room very much so we made it a little bigger using the bedroom on the same floor as extra space. The two chairs felt a bit random and the kitchen table is somewhat uncomfortable. If you are just staying to sleep this place is good enough!
Fantastic rooms and living space. Very clean. Comfortable beds.
This was an amazing place to stay, I would highly recommend!!
9-minute walk to Tanimachi 6 Chome metro stop. Close to Family Mark and many restaurants. It is a very nice location and a clean place.
Not bad
