Nankai or JR trains reach central Osaka in about 40 to 50 min. Then Teradacho Station and 10 min on foot. Your guest portal shows the exact route with photos.
Midosuji subway from Shin-Osaka, or JR from Kyoto to Osaka Station. Then change for Teradacho Station.

Excellent, close to the station, even closer to the supermarket, the house is very new, very clean and tidy, and it was very comfortable staying for a few days.
Although there were a few issues upon check-in, the host responded quickly and resolved them, and parking went smoothly. The nearby food market is really great, open until midnight, convenient for shopping, and the food is fresh!
