In the morning, fruit and vegetable shops open their doors, and the aroma of coffee drifts from old kissaten. In the evening, office workers stop for a drink at standing bars, laughter spilling into the streets. Here you'll see real Osaka life: grandmothers pulling shopping carts, children playing in the park. Despite being close to the train line, the alleys are remarkably quiet – just the sound of laundry fluttering in the breeze. In spring, cherry blossoms bloom on the corner; in autumn, ginkgo leaves carpet the path to the shrine. A 1-2 min walk brings you to convenience stores and a drugstore; a 7-min walk to a supermarket. Buy ingredients, cook in the tatami kitchen, and enjoy a meal at the table – just like a local. 🛏Rooms 1F: Entrance with shoe bench, tatami living room (fits 2 single futons, TV, tea table), kitchen (gas stove, microwave, rice cooker, etc.), dining area (table & chairs), washstand, bathroom (shower), toilet (washlet). 2F: Tatami room 1 (2 single futons), tatami room 2 (1 double futon), washing machine & dryer, toilet (washlet), balcony (drying rack). Three tatami rooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups. 🛋Amenities & Facilities • Appliances: TV (terrestrial), fridge, microwave, electric kettle, IH stove, washer/dryer, hair dryer, air conditioning • Kitchen: pots, dishes, rice cooker, grill pan, dish soap • Bathroom: hotel-quality toiletries (toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap), bath/face towels, slippers • Others: hangers, first-aid kit ⚠️Notes • No elevator – please be mindful of stairs if you have heavy luggage. • Maximum 6 guests, but only one bathroom. Staying here, I slept very well every day, and the environment is very quiet. The furniture in the room is complete, giving it a homey feel. You don't need much preparation to check in, and you can easily handle daily matters. Being able to do laundry and dry clothes every day is my favorite part. Although it's not in the city center, it's not far from the subway, and just two or three stops will get you to the core area of Osaka, which is really convenient.
