Walk 3 minutes to Chinden-dori wa Kohi Biyori for a hand-poured coffee and watch the owner slowly brew. A few steps further, Kissaten Ichibanji serves a morning set that locals have been ordering for years. In the afternoon, pick up groceries at Sunny; by evening the shotengai lights up, and the smell of fried food from Niku Kobo Rinsetsu pulls you in for a bite on the way home. Sumiyoshi Taisha is about 1.7 km away — during hatsumode, people in kimono pass through the nearby streets, but on ordinary days it's quiet. In spring, cherry blossoms bloom near Kishinosato-Tamade Sta and commuters stop for a quick photo. You get to see how Osaka people actually spend a day — morning coffee, afternoon groceries, evening shopping street. No filter, but steady. 🛏Rooms 1F: Bedroom 1 (1 double bed) + living room + kitchen + dining area + washbasin + shower room + toilet 2F: Bedroom 2 (1 double bed + desk + closet), Bedroom 3 (1 double bed + desk + closet) + washbasin + laundry (with dryer) + bathroom (shower + bathtub) + toilet 3F: Bedroom 4 (2 double beds + desk + closet), Bedroom 5 (2 double beds + desk + closet) + washbasin + shower room + toilet 🛋Amenities Appliances: TV (internet), fridge, microwave, electric kettle, rice cooker, washer with dryer, iron, drying rack, bathroom dryer Kitchen: IH stove, pots, dishes, dish soap Bath: shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hairdryer, bath/face towels Hotel-grade disposables (per guest): toothbrush & toothpaste, hand soap, tissues, toilet paper, slippers, hangers, first-aid kit ⚠️Notes No elevator. Very good!

It was a truly perfect accommodation. It was more than spacious enough for two families to stay, it was spotlessly clean with not a speck of dust, and I was impressed by the bedding, which was better than a hotel's. If I come to Osaka again, I will look for this accommodation again.

Really friendly and a great spot! One of the main train lines is right outside (and the noise is still quiet), so this place was in a really great spot! It was very clean, had good A/C and was very nice!

The homestay has an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk to convenience stores, supermarkets, and the station. The rooms are spacious enough, and each floor has separate washrooms and bathrooms with dry and wet areas. The rooms are very clean. Downside: Larger vehicles cannot be parked, only five-seater cars or small cars are allowed.

The whole family loved Tabi’s place to the point of wanting to extend if we only didn’t have to travel around. If it’s your first time to visit Osaka, I highly recommend Tabi’s place especially if you’re a big group. The home was very clean, well-maintained, and very accessible. We had everything that we needed and we felt at home right away. The bedroom on the main floor was perfect for the elderlies in our family. The bedrooms were big and we can freely move our luggage around. As for our host, Tabi was very friendly and responsive. She and her co-host Mei, responded quickly to our questions. Overall, this place was truly a gem!
