The property matches the description, and the photos are real. The location is good, with several subway stations nearby and a 24-hour supermarket. I would choose this place again next time I come to Osaka!

It was very comfortable and clean for the family to stay together. I would like to use it again when visiting Osaka next time.

The living room was spacious, and there was a toilet on each floor, so I was able to stay very comfortably. The actual place was more beautiful than the photos. The parking lot was a bit hard to find, but after contacting them, it was quickly resolved.

1. Residential location. Very serene and peaceful. 2. If in need of supplies, "Family Mart" and "Lawsons" are 5-7 minutes walk away. 3. 2 mins from bus stop and about 7 - 8 mins from "Ashiharabashi" station. 4. Great accomodation for our group of 8 people. Can easily accomodate upto 10. The layout is very convenient for groups. 5. The shower room and main wash basin are located on the 1st floor, while the toilets are conveniently split across all three levels (Ground, 1st, and 2nd floors). PS, absolutely recommend. Enjoyed my stay.
