About this home
Welcome to 'Tabitime・Jikan' — a two-story house tucked into the backstreets of Tsuruhashi. Spend your days exploring, then come back to feel like a local. 📍Location In a quiet residential area, about a 12-minute walk from Tsuruhashi Station. Tsuruhashi is one of Osaka's most flavorful multi-cultural neighborhoods — Korea Town, yakiniku aromas, and a Showa-era shopping street all here. ⚡At a Glance - Nearest station: Tsuruhashi Sta. (12 min walk) - 3LDK, 80㎡, sleeps 8 - 2-story house, 3 bedrooms - Free high-speed WiFi 🚆Getting Around From Tsuruhashi Station (train time, not including walking): - Namba: about 6 min (no transfer) - Shinsaibashi/Dotonbori: about 13 min - Umeda: about 23 min (no transfer) - Tennoji: about 5 min (no transfer) - Tsutenkaku/Shinsekai: about 8 min - Osaka Castle: about 6 min (no transfer) - Kaiyukan: about 27 min - USJ: about 28 min (no transfer) - Kyoto: about 52 min - Nara: about 51 min (no transfer) - Kobe Sannomiya: about 57 min (no transfer) 🌸The Neighborhood What makes Tsuruhashi special isn't in any guidebook — it's the everyday life you can feel. Step out of the station and the scent of charcoal-grilled meat hits you. This is one of Japan's largest Korea Towns. Around Ikuno Korea Town, the red signs of Kimchi Yokocho line up one after another: kimchi, Korean goods, freshly wrapped naengmyeon and chijimi — you might think you've wandered into a Seoul market. In the morning, the shutters of the shopping street roll up and the aunties start arranging today's vegetables. By evening, lines form outside the yakiniku places, the crackle of charcoal and laughter spill onto the street. Staying here, it's easy to forget you're a tourist — because everything around you is real life. 🛏The Rooms On the first floor, two bedrooms each have a double bed — perfect for older guests or those who want separate sleeping spaces.
