Guests say
The accommodation is close to JR Teradacho Station, about a 3-4 minute walk, and there are 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, Lawson, and Don Quijote nearby, which is very convenient! However, although the accommodation has three toilets, there is only one shower room ~ if many people are staying, you may have to take turns queuing up to shower qq
Pros: New, clean, comfortable, close to the loop line, direct access to Nara or KIX, plenty of toilets. Cons: The stairs are rather narrow, there's only one bathroom, and it's a bit hard to find on your first visit (I recommend entering from the north exit by the chicken paitan ramen shop — that's the quickest and easiest way to find it).
Overall, the stay was a good experience, and the accommodation's location is great.
Excellent accommodation, consistent with its presentation. Impeccable location (1 minute from the metro). Could perhaps use more detailed instructions for people who don't speak Japanese, especially for using the dishwasher.
A very nice house. Only five minutes from Teradacho Station, and convenient to Umeda, Universal Studios Japan, and Kansai International Airport. Moreover, the host responded very promptly to our issue (noisy neighbors late at night). Looking forward to meeting again.
Once you get on the subway, it's convenient to go anywhere. There are also many restaurants near the subway to choose from.
