Nankai or JR trains reach central Osaka in about 40 to 50 min. Then Yotsubashi Station and 4 min on foot. Your guest portal shows the exact route with photos.
Midosuji subway from Shin-Osaka, or JR from Kyoto to Osaka Station. Then change for Yotsubashi Station.

Very comfortable and convenient
Convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants are nearby, and the subway station is also close, so the location was the best. There was some confusion at check-in, but despite the late hour, they responded quickly and kindly. There were many reviews about noise, but it was quiet during my stay, though noise between rooms is quite audible.
This place was wonderful to stay in for Osaka! It’s super close to all of the things we wanted to do such as Shinsaibashi and Dontonburi, and it was accessible to various subway stations as well. The host was extremely responsive as well and answered my questions in a timely manner!
Great, close to the subway station, and there's a supermarket nearby which is very convenient.
